This inspection will take approximately two and a half to three and a half hours, possibly more depending on the size of the property inspected. The Client will receive the standard printed report and labeled photos of all defects. The inspection report will be compiled at the office and e mailed to the Client or any authorized parties, the same day of the inspection. The inspection report can be compiled onsite if needed, however, this may take an additional one to two hours to complete. This inspection is comprised of the interior components in a condominium. Unless arrangements have been made for exterior components to be inspected. This is an inspection of all of the mechanical components in the home and on the grounds (Single family dwelling only). This inspection also covers cosmetic conditions including, but not limited to, paint, screens, trim, finish work, etc. None of the inspections above are not to be confused with or expected to be a "Code Compliant Inspection". All Code Compliant inspections are performed by outside
contractors. Scheduling must be done approximately two weeks prior to the
inspection date. Non-refundable deposit of half of the total payment is due one
